special shower with hydrodynamic massage, free satellite TV with international channels, telephone (local calls are free), air conditioning, minibar 40 litres, safe with electronic system.
Maximum elegance and comfort are only two of the qualities ours rooms have to offer. The refined furniture creates a family atmosphere.
You will find furnishings in Cherry-Wood, a headboard with massive wooden edges, ground mirrors on the wall behind the bed, tops in marble. A parquet floor, matching fabrics.

How to reach us from Fiumicino airport:
from Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport there is a train shuttle to Termini railway station which runs at 30 minutes intervals. The bed and breakfast is only 2 minutes walking distance from the station, (taxi is not needed).
How to reach us from Ciampino airport:
a 'terravision' shuttle bus service is available from Ciampino airport to termini station, via Marsala 22. (the B&B is only 3 minutes walking distance, taxi is not needed).
Note: coaches depart approx 40 minutes after flight arrival at Rome Ciampino airport and leave Termini station (from pickup point: via marsala 22), approx 2,5 hours before flight departure.
- bus + train:
Also a shuttle bus co.tra.l connects Ciampino airport with Ciampino station; trains runs from Ciampino station to Termini station every 15 minutes.
By train:
from Termini central railway station (the bed and breakfast is only 2 minutes walking distance , taxi is not needed) follow the exit to via Giolitti and from here you take via Manin and you looking for the number 69. It is very easy, (check the map).
By car: from Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino international airport (west):
take highway 80 to Cristoforo Colombo and follow the directions to the city centre/san Giovanni. Go to Termini RR station and from there follow the map.

free check-in available 24 h, but please let us know your estimated arrival time in case your arrival time is later than 2:00 PM.
Usually check-in is from 13:00 pm onwards. It is posibble, if your room has already been vacated, to check in earlier.
Please let us know immediately if you think you are going to arrive later than your scheduled arrival time (plus 75 minutes if you arrive by plane, plus 20 minutes if you arrive by train), so that we can make sure there will be some one there to greet you and you will not have to wait for us.
